Russin & Vecchi is an international law firm with eleven independent but
affiliated offices spanning the globe. The firm was founded in 1969 in
Bangkok, Saigon, Santo Domingo, and Washington, D.C., to create an international
practice serving the developing commercial environments of Asia and Latin
America. The Russian Practice Group, consisting of the Washington, Moscow,
Vladivostok and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk offices, was formed in 1991 to carry on the firms
tradition of making legal services available in emerging economies. The Russin & Vecchi offices practice independently and are not in a relationship for the joint practice of law.
The firms
offices now offer a variety of domestic and international business and
commercial legal services. Some offices are full service offices;
others are more specialized. The international offices concentrate on
the domestic law of the countries in which they operate, and are able
to address the full spectrum of local and global legal issues that confront
multinational enterprises today.
All offices
are staffed with lawyers trained locally as well as in leading universities
throughout the world. English is the common language of all offices, and
all attorneys are at least bilingual. Many are fluent in more than two
languages. The offices are linked by the most advanced communications
equipment and utilize the most current technologies in their practices.
The
firms basic philosophy is to deliver the highest quality legal services,
on
time, at a reasonable cost. We seek to forge long-term relationships
with our clients, and to provide effective solutions to their problems
based
upon a clear understanding of their needs. All offices maintain the same
standards of professional responsibility and performance that clients
would expect from lawyers practicing in the worlds leading commercial
centers.
The
Russin & Vecchi offices in Bangkok, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh
City, Santo Domingo and Taipei
are the member law firms of their cities for Meritas, the worlds
largest organization
of
independent
business
and commercial litigation law firms. For additional information
on Meritas, click on their logo above. Meritas member
firms practice independently and are not in a relationship for
the joint practice of law.
